Mr. Kutchhi, founded by Hardik Sorathiya, is a fast-food chain specializing in authentic Kutchi cuisine. After moving from Kutch to Ahmedabad for studies, Hardik realized that he deeply missed the street food flavors from his hometown. This led him to launch Mr. Kutchhi, starting with a food truck on the bustling S.G. Highway in Ahmedabad. The business grew quickly, leading to the opening of a permanent shop in Ghatlodiya. To expand Mr. Kutchhi beyond Ahmedabad and make the brand accessible nationwide, Hardik sought the expertise of The Internet Store to create a dynamic website and revamp the brand’s identity.
